Order Processing Time

Once you place an order with Eyrmat, our team gets to work right away. Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) before they're handed off for shipping. During periods of higher order volume, processing may occasionally take a little longer than usual.

Where We Ship

At this time, we ship exclusively within the continental United States (the 48 contiguous states). We're currently unable to deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, small outlying islands, or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). We hope to expand our shipping coverage down the road, so feel free to check back if your location isn't supported yet.

Shipping Time & Estimated Delivery

Orders shipped within the continental U.S. typically arrive within 5-10 business days after processing is complete. Putting it all together, your total estimated delivery window — from the moment you place your order to the moment it lands on your doorstep — runs about 6-13 business days (1-3 business days processing + 5-10 business days transit).

Please keep in mind this is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Delivery can occasionally be delayed by carrier issues, severe weather, flight disruptions, or higher shipping volumes around holidays.

Shipping Rates

We try to keep shipping pricing simple:

Orders totaling $0.01 - $28.99: a flat shipping fee of $6.99 applies
Orders of $29.00 or more: shipping is free

Free shipping applies only to orders shipped within the continental United States. As noted above, we currently don't offer shipping — free or paid — to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, small outlying islands, or military addresses.

Order Cutoff Time

Orders placed before 4:00 PM ET on a business day are typically processed that same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM ET, along with orders placed on weekends or holidays, begin processing on the next available business day.

Where Your Order Ships From

All Eyrmat orders ship from our warehouse located in the United States, so there's no need to worry about international customs delays or unexpected import fees.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can check on your package anytime at https://www.17track.net/en.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout before completing your order. Once a package has left our warehouse, we're unable to redirect it, so getting the address right the first time really does make a difference in getting your order to you on schedule.
